I recently decided to get back into keeping freshwater tropical fish. I used to have a 100 gallon tank for years and enjoyed watching my fish grow and how they interacted with one another. Some fish do have fairly interesting personalities if you sit and watch them long enough. When I get my new tank set up, I am hoping to raise some African cichlids, specifically a fish called the Brichardi, and maybe some of the convict family as well.
The Brichardi are a very pretty fish that are supposed to be fairly easy to breed, we'll see about that. I will post some pictures soon of my progesss with this hobby and my other two leisure time favorites, bassfishing and bowling.
